Grey Cheetah is MTG’s New Zealand day-tour offering, designed to provide convenient, professionally operated and locally informed short-form travel experiences.
Supported by MTG’s destination resources, operational expertise and transport capability, Grey Cheetah develops day tours featuring popular attractions, natural landscapes, cultural experiences and special-interest themes. Premium Vehicles, Drivers and Guides
Premium Vehicle Services
Through its transport subsidiary SPT, MTG can arrange premium people movers and executive vehicles, including Toyota Alphard models, Mercedes-Benz executive vehicles and other options suited to families, VIP guests and private groups. Vehicle models remain subject to fleet availability and booking confirmation.
All vehicles are managed under rigorous safety and maintenance procedures, with careful consideration given to passenger comfort, privacy, luggage capacity and the specific requirements of families, senior executives, government visitors and high-net-worth clients.
Professional Drivers and Guides
MTG assigns experienced drivers and guides according to each client’s language, itinerary and service requirements. Team members understand New Zealand tourism service standards and the expectations of premium clients, with experience in safe driving, itinerary coordination, destination interpretation, incident response and client confidentiality.
Fleet and Transport Operations
SPT, a specialist passenger transport company within the MTG group, operates or coordinates approximately 20 vehicles across 12-seat, 25-seat and 39-seat categories. The fleet supports corporate groups, government delegations, educational programmes, meetings and events, airline ground services and large-scale transport operations.
SPT holds Qualmark Gold accreditation under New Zealand’s official tourism quality assurance framework. Its operational procedures align with recognised standards for service quality, safety and sustainability, supported by structured vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, driver management and risk oversight.
SPT also provides ground transport services for a number of airlines and has undertaken significant passenger transport responsibilities for government functions and major group movements.

Master Travel Group was named “Medium Inbound Tour Operator of the Year 2025” by the Tourism Export Council of New Zealand (TECNZ).

Mark Ma JP | Chairman
A New Zealand Justice of the Peace (JP) with more than 30 years of tourism management experience, Mark has built extensive expertise across the Australian and New Zealand destination markets. His understanding of industry development, destination operations and commercial partnerships continues to guide MTG’s strategic growth, service capability and partner network. Mark also serves on the Board of the Tourism Export Council of New Zealand (TECNZ).
Kim Chang | Director of Inbound Operations
A graduate of Auckland University of Technology in Tourism Management, Kim has nearly 20 years of inbound tourism experience, with particular expertise in New Zealand destination services. Her strengths include international group operations, itinerary design, resource allocation, destination management and premium client service. Her disciplined approach and attention to detail underpin the consistent delivery of high-quality programmes.
Winni Wen | Director of Market Operations
Winni holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Massey University and brings approximately 20 years of tourism industry experience. She is highly experienced in integrating tourism resources throughout New Zealand and in planning both group programmes and independent travel. Her professionalism and commitment to service support consistently strong client outcomes.
Martin Ma | Head of Fleet Operations
Martin holds a Master of Business Administration from Massey University and has developed strong supplier relationships across Australia and New Zealand. He applies a safety-first approach to fleet operations, with a strong focus on service quality, vehicle management and risk control, supporting the continued development of MTG’s transport capability.
Courtney Davies | Director of Educational Programmes
With master’s-level qualifications in Natural Sciences and Business Administration, Courtney has delivered youth and education programmes across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Oceania, serving more than 35,000 international students. Her experience designing and implementing international youth leadership programmes enables her to create safe, purposeful and inspiring educational journeys in New Zealand.
Maggie Jin | Executive Secretary and Project Coordinator
A graduate of Shenyang University with a degree in English, Maggie supports group administration, commercial coordination and operational delivery. Her communication skills and disciplined working style support project execution, supplier liaison, meeting organisation and cross-department collaboration, including government delegations, MICE programmes and large group operations.
Matthew Ma | South Island Operations Manager
A New Zealand resident for more than 15 years, Matthew joined MTG in 2015 and is based in Christchurch. He oversees South Island ground operations, including driver scheduling, guide management, vehicle allocation and incident response. His detailed knowledge of South Island touring routes and destination resources supports efficient operations and high-quality visitor experiences.
Jasmin Chang | Director of Australian Operations
Jasmin brings 25 years of tourism experience, including approximately 20 years specialising in Australian ground operations. Her portfolio spans corporate delegations, MICE programmes, educational travel, self-drive family holidays and a wide range of group movements. Her detailed knowledge of Australia’s destinations and seasonal conditions supports effective vehicle planning, guide allocation and end-to-end programme control.
May Huang | Senior Marketing Representative, Australia and New Zealand
With 19 years of experience in Australia and New Zealand inbound tourism, May specialises in premium tailor-made travel. Her client portfolio includes luxury independent travellers, family groups, educational programmes, golf tours and government and business delegations. Combining personalised itinerary design with precise local delivery, she uses an extensive destination network and meticulous project management to create seamless and memorable journeys.
